Last week, I returned from Barcelona having completed the final part of my NeuroReflexology Mastery training with the Lone Sorensen Institute. I’m now one of just 20 practitioners in the world qualified at this level.

So what is Neuro Reflexology?
It is a unique, deeply specific and personalised holistic therapy that applies precise techniques to specific points, areas and systems on the face, scalp, feet, hands or ears. These points correspond to nerve pathways connected to the spinal nerve network which, when correctly stimulated, begin to reset and unblock neural pathways. This in turn corrects nerve signalling between the disturbed area of the body and the brain, allowing for alleviation of pain and promoting the body's natural healing processes. Each treatment is completely personalised around your unique symptoms, history and health goals.
